The Universe Is Waiting

This is the conclusion of a message I have transcribed and edited from a talk Ishvara gave on June 25, 2006. - TG.

Ishvara:

On the one hand, this realization looks like a very complicated, difficult, almost impossible task, but on the other hand, it is already done within. So there is a conflict of the "within" and the "without." You look at the world and you see how many are "without." It is played out in the human arena: how much lack, how much loss, how many are without! It is just a reflection of the within and the without. Once you recognize that, you begin to embrace truth, you understand how it works, you embrace it with one-pointedness, a determination to be all you can be, in spite of what the world says, in spite of the conditioning, the beliefs and concepts that surround you, in spite of what your friends believe, in spite of what the teachers are saying, and in spite of what the systems, structures and religions are doing. They are all of the old consciousness; they are limited, and they are dying.

You can see this in the world around you right now. The fundamentalism of the world is the dying grasp, the last gasp of outdated, limited, destructive, controlling, and manipulative structures.

The human perspective is dying. It has outlived its time. The New Consciousness, the new being that you are within, is on the move. In time, there will be no "within" or "without." There will just BE. The New Consciousness is just being, beyond judgment, beyond doubt, beyond fear. This is difficult for the intellect. The intellect says, "That sounds scary." It should sound scary, because there has been so much clinging to "the way it has been", so much worship of "the way it was", that everything is distorted. Humans are afraid of change, afraid to embrace the unknown.

I am Life's attempt to present the unknown to you in a recognizable, participating, touchable, communicable process, so that the unknown won't just slap you into that Space before you realize it. It is preparation. You have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the New Consciousness, to be inspired, to embrace it, to begin to gain an understanding of how it can work and what it is about, to recognize the purity of the presence, the unlimited freedom that exists in this person. I fulfill many things for the world, I become many things for the world, and the world doesn't see what I am, but that doesn't stop me from being what I am. I remain intact and present on purpose, in order to serve you, to encourage you, and to inspire you.

This is not my life. This is your life. I have no need to be human; "been there, done that." There is nothing wrong with being human, because it is the human that has the potential to accelerate, to be more. The human is the possibility of the universe for the next level of existence.

Of all creation, humans have the potential to recreate the whole earth, to recreate themselves. Such power has never been accessed. It has always been limited in some way, subject to some boundary. Thus it is important that you recognize your position in the universe. And it is important to realize that you don't want to mess it up. I don't want to put pressure on you, but the universe is waiting.

It is important to recognize that to achieve a one-pointedness, you need to turn your back on the outside. You need to stop the search, and embrace the moment, clinging to that with all of your being. That doesn't mean you will be bored. You can still enjoy the world, but from an undistracted place, without the distortions. That seems like an oxymoron, but when you are one-pointed, when you achieve that connection and clarity, you can't be diverted. You can't experience any kind of distraction or distortion, because you resonate with the universe itself as you become that.

It is a very exciting experience, an open experience for possibilities, for greater realizations. It is your opportunity. I know, the intellect says, "What planet did you get off of? Where did you drop in from? It is not that way here." Well, either the universe really made a terrible mistake, or I am supposed to be here. I certainly did not sneak in behind the universe's back. I was minding my own business, just doing what I needed to do to live, just being, and I got hit by a bolt of lightning, lit up, saw something, realized something, moved into something, and here I am. I know the universe didn't make a mistake.

The nature of Life is happening, and I don't know how to express it in a way that doesn't make you feel "less than," other than to help you realize that this is within you. What you see here [meaning himself] is in you already. It is just waiting to happen. But it won't happen as long as you are divided. It won't happen as long as you have beliefs, concepts and conditioning. It won't happen until you become one-pointed, and that is the hard part of it, because many of you have a lot of beliefs and concepts, favorite processes, favorite teachers, and favorite ways.

The New Consciousness is one-pointed. It can be that way because it is the cream, it is all that has risen to the top, the best of all the past, being presented in a fluid presence and possibility, moment by moment. You allow for that, you exist in that, and you know that.

Each moment is an opportunity to be all you can be. The one thing to realize is it is in you. You may have caught glimpses of it at times, you may have tasted it for a moment. That is how Life keeps it alive: a little spark here and there. We wish it would just ignite and stay aflame, but it involves little sparks, moments of connection, moments of realization, moments of seeing a greater possibility. It is like training wheels. It teaches you how to ride. That is Life.

Realize that I am here for you. I remain THIS to serve you and to inspire you, moment by moment.
